Data & security

The data boundary is part of the scope, before engineering work begins.

Scoping examples

Use synthetic or fully redacted fixtures to describe a failure. Do not send credentials, personal customer records or production secrets in a booking form or email. Agree an appropriate access and sharing method before transferring project material.

Repository and environment access

An engagement starts by agreeing the repository, environment, permissions and access duration needed for the task. Prefer client-controlled repositories and the minimum access required for the agreed work. Access removal and material retention are addressed in the handover and agreement.

Actions and deployment

Define which actions a workflow may take, which require human approval and what happens on failure. Production changes require the client’s authorization. A reliability repair does not include a production deployment.

Evidence and limitations

Tests and evaluation results apply to the cases and environments that were actually checked. Security certification, penetration testing and legal compliance assessments are outside the consulting offers unless separately agreed with an appropriately qualified provider. No certification claim is made on this website.

Reporting a concern

Email founder@nueton.ai with the affected page or workflow and a minimal description of the issue. Do not include live secrets or personal data. A secure way to share any necessary detail can be agreed in the reply.
