What information is involved when you visit this website or discuss work with Nueton.
Contact and scoping
If you email, book a call or use the contact form, the information you provide is used to respond, schedule the conversation and assess the proposed engagement. Share only the business context needed for scoping. Do not include credentials, sensitive personal information or unredacted customer records.
Enquiry records and research
Contact-form messages, call bookings and payments are kept in a private enquiry record hosted on Microsoft Azure. To prepare a useful reply, an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) reads the enquiry and looks up public information about your company, such as its website and press coverage. It does not research you personally. Nikhil reads every enquiry and decides on any reply. Enquiry records are deleted 12 months after the last contact unless an engagement follows, or sooner on request.
Advertising measurement
Pages read advertising parameters in the address you arrived on, such as a Google Ads click identifier, without setting cookies for that purpose. If you tick the box on the contact form, Nueton may report your enquiry to Google Ads as a conversion using only that click identifier. Without the tick, nothing about your enquiry is sent to Google.
Website measurement
This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and page usage. Google may process device, browser and interaction information and use cookies under its own policies. Browser privacy settings and content blockers can limit this collection. The site does not offer visitor accounts or collect payment-card details directly.
External services
Booking links open Cal.com. Agreed payment links open Razorpay. New enquiries are announced in Nueton’s internal Slack workspace. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Following links to GitHub or Nikhil’s portfolio also takes you to a separate website.
Project information
Repository access, project data, retention periods and any processing agreement are defined for each engagement before project material is shared. Evaluation scoping uses synthetic or fully redacted examples. Do not infer a project data-retention commitment from this website notice.
Questions and requests
Contact founder@nueton.ai with a privacy question, a correction or a deletion request. Identify the information and the interaction involved without sending additional sensitive data. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.
