What we need from you

• One workflow, its repository or architecture documentation, and a technical owner.
• An agreed sample of synthetic or fully redacted traces. The evidence volume is written into scope before payment.
• Access to the relevant test environment and the decisions the audit needs to support.

The decision

How acceptance works

Delivery is the agreed workflow assessment, evidence-linked findings and prioritized implementation plan, followed by a readout. We agree the sample and review boundaries before the audit begins.

What’s outside the scope

• An engineering review, not a security certification, legal opinion or penetration test.
• Implementation, new integrations and production changes are outside the audit.
• Findings describe the agreed evidence sample. Untested behavior remains explicitly untested.

Commercial details

Payment & timing

$4,000 at kickoff after scope is agreed. If the audit leads to a $15,000 production sprint for the same workflow, the full audit fee is credited: $11,000 remains, for $15,000 total. The follow-on proposal records the credit and revised milestones before payment.

Applicable taxes, the contracting supplier and payment details are confirmed in the written proposal before payment. Third-party services or usage costs are identified separately.

After delivery

Support with a clear end

One findings readout and one consolidated clarification round within seven calendar days of delivery. The five-day schedule begins after the agreed evidence and access are available.
